About Us
[Brand Origin]
This is why I founded Aureus Herb, and the intention behind it.
Most people do not understand the properties of herbs. They merely see them as unremarkable flowers, plants and branches, believing these tiny plants to be plain and insignificant.
Yet few realize that every single herb holds boundless energy within it.
[About Our Name]
Derived from Latin, Aureus originally means resplendent, precious as gold.
In Roman times, the aureus was the name of a gold coin that stood for value and trust.
We chose this name to help people better understand the properties of herbs, symbolizing that every single herb is a treasure bestowed by nature.
[My Background & The Birth of the Brand]
I come from a city in northern China. Medicine has run in my family for generations. Growing up, I developed a strong passion for this field and aspired to devote myself to it, helping and healing others.
Then one day, an idea suddenly dawned on me—a revelation I believe was sent by fate.
Those familiar with traditional Chinese medicine know that its core principle is "treating disease before its onset": stopping illness in its tracks before it emerges, for prevention matters above all else.
Nowadays, some people have launched herbal tea drinks and medicinal pastries based on the concept that medicine and food share the same origin(药食同源）.
While these products do work for certain people, they also carry hidden risks. I personally do not endorse such products.
As an old Chinese saying goes, illness enters through the mouth. Older generations often say that too much eating brings more ailments, and less eating brings fewer ones—and there is truth behind this wisdom.
The spleen and stomach are the acquired foundation of the human body, serving as the body's central hub connecting the upper and lower parts.
When something unsuitable enters them, dampness and turbid qi accumulate, blood circulation becomes sluggish, and various discomforts follow.
For this reason, we must be extremely cautious about what we consume, and professional medical guidance is essential.
[Source of Inspiration]
The sudden insight that came to me was this: how could people achieve preventive care without ingesting anything?
I believed fate had given me the answer—fragrance. The aromatic essence of herbs could bring about this effect.
I then turned to several relevant books to verify my idea, and found that it was entirely feasible.
Later, I consulted the elders in my family. To my surprise, they also had experience in this field and gave me an ancient manuscript passed down within our family.
For months afterward, I immersed myself in studying how these aromatic herbs act upon the human body.
Drawing also on case records accumulated by my family, one year later I finally felt the time had come.
And that is how what you now know as Aureus Herb came into being. It has cost me enormous dedication, yet I believe this work is deeply meaningful.
At first, I launched the products on Chinese e-commerce platforms and received extremely positive feedback.
I hope to share this philosophy not only with people in China, but also with consumers across the globe.
